At the J. Dall hair salon, we want to make sure that each guest has the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible. To help ensure this, we ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to the vibrate mode when arriving at the salon. 

In order to fully enjoy your services, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. When you arrive, please take a moment to check in with our receptionist so that we may expedite your appointment. 

If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know by 4 pm the day before. Cancellations and/or “No Shows” on the same day may be charged 50% of the service price. 

If possible, please allow us to make your next appointment before you leave. This way, you will have one less thing on your “to do” list later. You may also book your appointments online by clicking on the link for appointments. You must have a valid email address in order to do so. 

Parties of 6 or more will automatically be charged 20% gratuity. Guests scheduling multiple appointments or parties will be asked to provide a credit card in order to hold the appointments. 

Finally, please help us keep our records current by letting us know of any telephone or address changes. We would also love to have your email address so that we may keep you posted on current promotions, new products, services, and special values.

Well behaved children are always welcome, but the salon can be a dangerous place for young children due to all the sharp instruments and toxic chemicals in the salon. 

If a child is too young to sit patiently and wait for your services to be done, we ask that you make arrangements for your children to be taken care of before you arrive.

This is for their safety in addition to allowing other guests to enjoy their time in the salon.
